CrossFit Jump Ship
The brand-new home of our GCU CrossFit team is both a CrossFit and Hyrox affiliate in north Phoenix! CrossFit Jump Ship - located just off of 19th Avenue and Happy Valley Road - has a great fit of CrossFit competitors and members who are simply HOOKED on CrossFit! They also have Hyrox classes, remote training and even Jump Ship Training, which features functional fitness programming on a clock, and of course, it's also where the Lopes participate in the annual prestigious CrossFit Open.
