The longtime home of our GCU CrossFit team has a new name! Hammer CrossFit Central (formerly CrossFit URU) has been the main workout place for the Lopes' CrossFit team since its inception. Located just off I-17 in north Phoenix, it's also where the Lopes participate in the annual prestigious CrossFit Open.
